TTurfScoreby Flexodyn Solutions

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 October 2026

This policy explains what TurfScore, a product of Flexodyn Solutions ("we", "us"), collects and how it is used. We keep it minimal: TurfScore has no user accounts and no advertising.

What we store

  • Match data: team names, colours, optional player names, match rules, toss and every ball scored.
  • Match identifiers: a public 6-character match code and a private scorer session ID.
  • Timestamps: when a match was created and last updated.

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number or location to use the scorer.

On your device

TurfScore uses your browser's local storage (not tracking cookies) to remember:

  • The match codes and scorer links you created or opened, so they appear under "My matches".
  • Your consent choice for this notice.

Clearing your browser data removes this list. The matches stay available through their code or link.

Administrators signing into the admin panel receive a strictly necessary, secure session cookie.

Who can see a match

Anyone with a match code or live link can view that match's score and player names. Anyone with the scorer link can edit it. Share links only with people you trust, and avoid entering sensitive personal information as player names.

Sharing

We don't sell or rent data. Share buttons only open WhatsApp, your email app or your device's share menu; nothing is sent automatically. Data is hosted with our infrastructure providers (including MongoDB Atlas) solely to run the service.

Retention and deletion

Match data is kept so history stays available. To request deletion of a match, email us the match code at contact@flexodynsolutions.com.

Children

TurfScore is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
